Location: Park City/Salt Lake Area, UT (Hybrid: primarily office and site-based; not remote)

Lead Complex Custom Homes With Clarity, Trust, and Professionalism

Go West Development builds large, highly detailed custom homes for discerning homeowners. As our projects have grown in size and complexity, we're evolving our structure to better support both our clients and our field teams.

We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential projects, serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, and bring structure, communication, and leadership to complex builds.

Our Values

  • Craft & Excellence - We take pride in what we build
  • Client Experience - Our homeowners expect professionalism and clarity
  • Respect for Trade Partners - Strong relationships build great homes
  • Ownership & Accountability - We follow through
  • Growth & Structure - Bigger projects require better systems

The Project Manager focuses on planning, coordination, communication, and client experience, working across multiple projects, while Site Managers handle daily on-site execution. This role requires strong interpersonal skills; you'll be working with high-net-worth homeowners who expect confidence, professionalism, and transparency.

  • Proactively identify risks and solve problems before they escalate
  • Communicate clearly with ownership, homeowners, and trade partners

Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in residential construction project management
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with complex or high-end projects preferred
  • BuilderTrend experience strongly preferred
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Why This Role Matters

As Project Manager, you are the bridge between homeowners, field teams, and company leadership. When you communicate clearly and plan effectively, projects stay on track, relationships stay strong, and the entire organization functions better.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • You'll manage fewer, higher-quality projects
  • You'll work with a team that respects craftsmanship and people
  • You'll have real input as the company continues to evolve its structure
  • You'll be trusted to lead, not micromanaged
